“loving people live in a loving world.hostile people live in a hostile world.same world.”
Wayne W. Dyer
Everything you could ever want is right before you. The question is what do you choose to see and how do you respond. In one of my classes I shared an analogy that fits this perfectly. Let's pretend that I am organizing a scavenger hunt but this won't be your ordinary scavenger hunt. This will be more like an emotional scavenger hunt where you are going to look for things like; someone laughing hysterically, two people in a warm embrace, someone helping someone else, another person with a look of joy in their eyes and so on. I would say at the end of this hunt that you would most likely be filled with joy and happiness yourself yet nothing really happened to you. You were just out in the world looking for these items on your list. And I bet I could give you a similar list with things like; find someone who's yelling and
another who is hurting someone and so on and so forth. You would most likely feel unhappiness and angst at the end of that hunt. So what does this tell us. It's the same world and the same circumstances yet the only thing that has changed is what you were looking for. It really comes down to our perspective of what we are choosing to see.
Today look for love and laughter and may you be filled up and spill over. That's the kind of day I'm talking about, go out and find it and let me know what you find. Life is so so so good!
